Business Development Manager - Partnerships & Digital Growth
Location: Warrington (Hybrid – 3 days office) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Quarterly Commission (Realistic OTE up to £60,000) Contract: Perm
About the Role

We’re recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join an international business investing in its commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, your role will include:
- Developing new strategic partnerships and referral relationships
- Identifying and winning new business via:
- Networking
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email and phone conversations
- Face-to-face meetings
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing marketing-generated enquiries into qualified sales opportunities
- Booking and qualifying discovery meetings for the commercial team
- Collaborating with Marketing to refine campaigns, messaging, and lead generation
- Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and tracking opportunities
- Providing market insight and customer feedback to shape future strategy

About You
You’ll be a natural relationship builder with proven success in B2B Business Development or Partnerships. We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership growth
- A track record of:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales
-Confidence in:
- Phone and email outreach
- LinkedIn networking
- Prospecting for new opportunities
- Experience with marketing lead conversion
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
- Hands-on CRM management experience
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively across teams
