A market leading, FCSA accredited Umbrella Company is seeking a Business Development/Client Relationship Manager to support and grow key recruitment agency accounts across Central London & the South East.
This role suits an experienced umbrella sales or account management professional with PAYE umbrella experience.

Key Duties
- Managing and growing agency accounts
- Increase PAYE umbrella referrals and consultant enquiries
- Act as a key contact for recruitment agencies and consultants
- Resolve agency queries in partnership with internal teams
- Identify cross-sell and account growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records including account mapping
- Support umbrella legislation and PAYE training for consultants
- Attend agency meetings, events and hospitality as required

Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience within the Umbrella Company sector
- Proven PAYE umbrella knowledge
- Sales or account management background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Desirable
- Experience in a split sales and account support role
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proven ability to exceed 50+ outbound calls per day
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience using CRM systems and internal sales tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous collaboration with internal sales, compliance or marketing teams
Package
- OTE £50,000 year one
