About the Role: Sales Executive (RAM, Leeds-based)
Our growing team in Leeds is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executive to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment—combining consultative selling, customer relationship-building, and tech-savvy solution demonstrations.
This is a full-time, office-based role focused on: ✔ Self-generated leads and qualified opportunities from our BDR team ✔ B2B SaaS/trading solutions in a globally expanding market ✔ Microsoft Teams-based virtual demos designed to engage and convert
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and demonstrate our ERP/SaaS solutions via professional virtual product pitches (primary platform: Microsoft Teams)
- Assemble, nurture, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline from prospects to closed deals
- Research and outreach to prospective customers through outbound prospecting
- Convert inbound leads and BDR-qualified opportunities into revenue
- Understand and advocate for customer pain points to tailor solutions
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets with consistency
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up rigor to maximise conversions

Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred) ✅ Strong verbal/logical communication and persuasive presentation skills ✅ Confidence in delivering engaging virtual demos and handling objections ✅ Self-motivated, with adrenaline for commission-driven performance and resiliency ✅ Respect/toil for KPI-driven environments with measurable success ✅ CRM literacy (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365); proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools
Desirable Other Areas
🔹 Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales or tech-distribution sectors 🔹 Demonstrable demo-led/consultative sales approach (solution-focused, competitive insights) 🔹 Familiarity with automotive/rental/transport management software/processes
