Noble Panacea Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and service-oriented Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician. As a Noble Panacea Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician, you will represent the brand and offer in-depth knowledge of our products and technology. You will be responsible for sales performance, daily operations of the counter with emphasis on performing facials, personalized customer service, clienteling, and follow-up. You will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people, the environment and company, products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience which educates, inspires, and delights them.

You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your team to ensure that the counter along with the treatment room meet Noble Panacea's high standards of visual merchandising. Responsibilities Include:
- Present Noble Panacea to clients, educate and share product knowledge about OSMV™ technology, ingredients, features & benefits and demonstrate when necessary, according to the unique brand protocol.
- Expertly perform Noble Panacea facial protocols daily and during events to deliver a luxurious experience and foster client loyalty.
- Be aware of new skincare trends and integrate them into customer conversations.
- Provide passion for beauty and excellent customer service at all times.
- Show proactive behavior, especially during quiet periods, to maximize productivity.
- Be sales target-oriented with proven experience in achieving year-on-year growth.
- Demonstrate self-confidence and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Display a resolutive and ambitious approach, working as part of a team to achieve both personal and team goals.
- Build loyalty by recruiting new clients and maintaining them in the CRM system.
- Develop strong social skills and maintain positive relationships with clients and Harrods staff.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with Sales and Education Manager to ensure effective brand support.
- Ensure floor presentation meets Noble Panacea's brand guidelines.
- Maintain detailed business and treatment records for forecasting and planning.
- Act as Noble Panacea brand ambassador in-store to promote awareness and inter-sell.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Be self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.

Skills and Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working as a Beauty Advisor
- Experience preferably with luxury/niche skincare brands
- Level 3 Skin Therapist preferably- diploma validated in the UK
