Senior Make-up Artist – In-Store (Prestige Beauty Retail)
About the Role
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you’ll combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for personal engagement to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. Your work will educate and delight customers while upholding the brand’s high standards.
You’ll also thrive in a high-performing team, collaborating to create impactful in-store events and maintaining visual merchandising excellence to distinguish us from competitors.
This role is ideal for dynamic, self-starter professionals seeking a progressive career with a leader in the prestige beauty sector. While formal certification in make-up artistry or retail experience is preferred, we actively welcome applicants with amateur-level expertise who can demonstrate strong creative and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Create customised make-up applications tailored to customers, showcasing brand products with professionalism and passion.
- Contribute to in-store events, driving engagement, sales growth, and brand visibility.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, ensuring shelves, displays, and creative areas reflect the brand’s aesthetic and stand out competitively.
- Provide inspirational, authentic customer service, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Assess new products, trends, and techniques, incorporating them effectively into service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow, meet sales targets, and enhance the retail experience.
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Preferred:
- Professional qualification in make-up artistry
- Previous experience working in retail make-up consultancy
- Essential:
- High level of creative and technical make-up expertise, even at an amateur level, with a portfolio or practical demonstrations.
- Proven ability to deliver authentic, personalised customer service in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Experience in using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and seasonal events.
- If invited for an interview, willingness to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
