Role Overview

The Beauty Advisor’s primary responsibility is to exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by delivering a customer-first approach. They act as an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ambassador for the brand, helping customers discover, explore, and love beauty from our carefully curated selection.


Role Responsibilities

By lagging, you will:

  • Deliver unbiased, expert customer advice with comprehensive product knowledge
  • Foster a customer-first experience by working as one team, ensuring consistency and excellence across all interactions
  • Exceed sales targets and meet the team’s acquisition goals for the N.dulge brand
  • Handle stock accurately—following all stock management policies to prevent loss and maintain accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with store colleagues, external partners, and visitors
  • Embrace teamwork and take pride in collaborating to achieve shared success
  • Create an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment
  • Stay updated on new products and share best practices with the team
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining standards across the board
