About the Role
The Cosmetics Company Stores are the outlet retailing operation of The Estée Lauder Companies.
Originally starting with our first UK store in 1994 in the historic town of Bath, England, our business has grown to host over 20+ stores across key Designer Outlet destinations throughout the UK, including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays.

Responsibilities
If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career within the Retail Beauty Industry, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Supporting all store operations, including:
- Stock deliveries
- Floor management
- Upholding daily store standards
- Ensuring a clean, well-organised, and engaging environment for customers

Qualifications & Requirements
You must have:
- A passion for exceptional customer service and high-energy interactions with our clients
- Familiarity with a fast-paced retail environment and a willingness to contribute to store operations
- Flexibility to work across various days and hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance (availability will be discussed during the interview process)
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
