The Cosmetics Company Stores are the flagship outlet retailing operation of The Estée Lauder Companies. We began operations in 1994 with our first UK store in Bath, England, and now boast 20+ stores across iconic Designer Outlet destinations, including:
- Bicester Village
- Cheshire Oaks
- Gunwharf Quays
Our luxury retail experience immerses customers in premium skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare, showcasing a curated selection of Estée Lauder brands.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to enhance the buying experience. ✔ Assist in full range of store operations, including:
- Stock deliveries
- Floor display set-up and maintenance
- Upholding daily retail standards ✔ Stock and replenish beauty and fragrance products across high-profile retail venues. ✔ Collaborate as part of a team-driven Press Room crew, ensuring seamless operations in our flagship outlets. ✔ Represent the brand professionally, embodying luxury retail expertise. ✔ Support commercial targets and sales performance goals.
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- A passion for luxury beauty brands and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work flexibly across days and shifts, contributing to a healthy work-life balance (availability discussed during hiring).
- Previous retail or customer-facing industry experience (preferably in beauty retail).
- A keen eye for presentation, organisation, and standard maintenance to ensure premium in-store experiences.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the UK (or relevant territorial jurisdiction).

Education
While not mandatory, relevant education or training in retail beauty, customer relations, or SALES is an advantage.
