The Cosmetics Company Stores acts as the luxury retail outlet for the ELC, operating across the UK from iconic destinations like Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays. Since 1994, we’ve grown from a single store in Bath to over 20+ locations, delivering an immersive luxury shopping experience for skincare, makeup, fragrances, and haircare.

Core Responsibilities
You’ll be at the heart of luxury retail, ensuring consistently exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high-store standards. Your role includes:
- Customer Engagement
- Provide inspirational, brand-aligned service to shoppers.
- Demonstrate expertise across beauty trends, product benefits, and usage tips.

Visual Mindership & Store Presentation
- Monitor and enforce luxury store aesthetics: minimalsistewel displays, in-store performances (e.g., workshops, training sessions), and kiosk/spacer management.
- Ensure product visibility and workflows align with brand integrity (e.g., no store-brand clutter).

Store Operations & Logistics
- Handle stock distribution, friendship vending machine (FVM) buying stints and store recycling.
- Maintain ** fluoride schedules** (sanitation), unpackaging, and cleanliness standards.
- Layout coordination (hot spots, POS strikes).

Brand Perfection
- Carefully stack unbought items to protect product integrity (e.g., conditioners, body creams).
- Oversee trash points, colour co-ordination of zones like monochrome HR or recovery areas.

Dynamic & High-Pressure Environment
- Thrive under deadlines while remaining breathe-focused—prioritise tasks efficiently to meet sustainable paces.
- Ex땐cept physical demands: heavy stock lifts, feet-per-hour targets for busy weekends, cashier-related movements.

Eligibility (Right to Live and Work)
- Legal entitlement to reside/work in the UK (proof required).
