Beauty Advisor/Artist Beauty Advisor

Make-Up Artist

About the Role As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—alongside a passion for people—to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and highly personalized in-store experience for our customers. Your work will educate and delight clients while reinforcing our brand’s prestige in retail beauty.

You’ll thrive as part of a high-performing team, driving impact through in-store events and ensuring the store consistently meets our high standards of visual merchandising—setting ourselves apart from the competition.

This is a progressive career opportunity suited to a dynamic self-starter, offering the chance to grow with a leader in the prestige beauty sector.

While formal qualifications in make-up artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience are desirable, we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience, provided you demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
