About the Role As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you’ll combine your creative and technical expertise, as well as your passion for people, to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience. Your mission is to educate and delight customers through professional make-up services that exceed expectations.

You’ll also thrive in a high-performing retail team, collaborating to create impactful in-store events. Your work will ensure the store consistently achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, helping us stand out amongst our prestige beauty competitors.

  • Engage in one-on-one styling consultations, offering expert advice to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Support team events—private tastings, workshops, or seasonal launches—to drive traffic and sales.
  • Maintain store presentations, product displays, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium in-store atmosphere.
  • Work seamlessly across retail HQ, team leads, and sales associates to align with brand objectives.
  • Provide personalised recommendations using product expertise and trial agility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
