Make-Up Artist – In-Store Beauty Consultant
About the Role
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise—along with your passion for people—to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience. Your work will educate and delight customers while aligning with our brand's premium standards in prestige beauty.
You’ll also collaborate with a high-performing team to:
- Create impactful in-store events
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising to stay ahead of competitors
- Uphold our high standards in presentation and customer engagement

Responsibilities
- Elevate customer experiences: Deliver personalised, inspirational make-up consultations tailored to individual needs.
- Drive in-store events: Assist in planning, staging, and executing high-impact promotional activities that engage customers.
- Visual merchandising: Ensure premium presentation standards are met for products and displays to maximise appeal.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals, maintaining a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Retail operations: Adhere to retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Make-up artistry skills:
- Qualification or experience in make-up artistry, retail make-up application, or minor experience (with strong creative and technical expertise).
- Customer service excellence:
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised consultations.
- Retail readiness:
- Willingness to work varied hours (including evenings and weekends) in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency:
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software (preferable).
- Legal eligibility:
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country (required for interviews).
