Harvey Nichols is looking for a passionate and personable Client Advisor to join our Beauty team in Knightsbridge, one of the world’s most iconic destinations for luxury retail.
This is your opportunity to work with some of the most sought-after names in beauty and skincare, including leading luxury brands such as Crème de la Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo, and many more, while delivering exceptional experiences to a discerning clientele.
About The Role…
As our new Beauty Client Advisor, you will be the face of luxury beauty, helping clients discover products, routines, and fragrances that inspire confidence and elevate their everyday rituals. Combining your passion for beauty with outstanding service, you will create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.
You Will
- Deliver a personalised and engaging 5-star client experience, making every interaction feel special and tailored.
- Share your expertise across luxury skincare, fragrance, and beauty, guiding clients to products that suit their individual needs and lifestyle.
- Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted beauty advisor.
- Work closely with prestigious brands including Crème de la Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo, and other leading names within the luxury beauty industry.
- Stay ahead of the latest beauty trends, skincare innovations, product launches, and fragrance collections.
- Drive client loyalty through exceptional service, expert recommendations, and proactive clientelling.
- Ensure beauty counters and displays are maintained to the highest standards, reflecting the luxury environment of Harvey Nichols.
- Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm; our clients expect outstanding service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.

- Demonstrated a passion for luxury brands and creating memorable customer experiences?
- A natural ability to engage, inspire, and build trust with a diverse clientele?
