About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Beauty Consultant and Ambassador positions across luxury beauty and skincare brands.
These roles offer a competitive salary package.
We are looking for passionate and highly experienced beauty professionals who can represent premium brands across high-end retail environments.
The Role
As a Beauty Consultant and Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand in luxury retail settings, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving product awareness and sales.
You will work closely with key retail partners including Harrods, Selfridges, Sephora, Liberty’s, and other leading department stores to ensure representation at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand across luxury retail locations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert skincare advice.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Drive product awareness, education, and sales performance.
- Support in-store events, activations, and promotional activity.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the entire skincare range.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all interactions.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or similar role.
- A strong background in retail or luxury skincare.
- Experience working with high-end retailers like Harrods, Selfridges, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- A passion for skincare, beauty, and customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, polished, brand-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider retail team.

Location
Ideally based in Newcastle or within easy commuting distance.
Salary
A competitive salary package within the range £28,000 - £35,000 (including bonus).
