About the Role
We are currently recruiting for three Beauty Consultant and Ambassador positions for a luxury beauty and skincare brand. The roles offer a competitive salary package and are based in London, with an ideal candidate ideally within commuting distance.
We seek passionate and highly experienced beauty professionals who can represent a premium brand with excellence across high-end retail environments.
The Role
As a Beauty Consultant and Ambassador, you will:
- Be the brand representative in luxury retail settings, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Drive product awareness, engagement, and sales
- Collaborate with key retail partners, including Harrods, Selfridges, and other leading department stores
- Ensure the brand is consistently presented to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand across luxury retail locations in London
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams
- Drive product awareness, education, and sales performance
- Support in-store events, activations, and promotional activities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full skincare range
- Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or similar role
- Possess a strong background in retail or luxury skincare
- Have experience working with high-end retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges, or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Demonstrate a passion for skincare, beauty, and customer experience
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a professional, polished, and brand-focused approach
- Are able to work independently or within a retail team

Location
Ideally based in London or within easy commuting distance
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary package: £28,000 – £35,000
