About Us
Skin Cupid is the UK's go-to destination for Korean skincare, trusted by a community of skincare lovers who rely on us for honest advice, expertly curated products, and a genuine love for Asian beauty.
We've opened our very first flagship store in the heart of Soho, and it's everything we've built online brought beautifully to life. It's an immersive, education-led space designed to make Asian beauty feel exciting, accessible, and genuinely transformative for every customer who walks through our doors.
We're now looking for the right people to help us bring that experience to life, every single day.
About the Role
This is an in-store role based at our Soho flagship.
As a Beauty Consultant at Skin Cupid, you'll be the face of the brand on the shop floor, the knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate person our customers turn to when they want real advice on their skin. You'll guide them through the world of Asian beauty, recommend products tailored to their individual needs, and make every visit feel like a conversation with someone who truly gets it.
This isn't a passive retail role. Our store is high-energy, fast-moving, and community-driven, and we need someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Keeping the store looking its best: merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the high standard our space is known for.
- Staying sharp on product knowledge, new launches, and beauty trends so you're always one step ahead.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to keep the shop floor running smoothly during busy periods.

This role may not be the right fit if:
- Your knowledge of K-beauty or skincare is general rather than deep. Customers will ask specific questions, and we need someone who can answer them confidently.
- You prefer a slower-paced, structured environment. Our store is dynamic, and no two days are the same.
- You're not available to work weekends regularly.
Why Join Team Cupid?
- Be part of the founding in-store team at Skin Cupid's very first physical flagship. This is a genuinely exciting moment for the brand.
- Work in a space that celebrates education, community, and real love for skincare.
- Join a team that's passionate, supportive, and united by a shared love of Asian beauty.
- Grow your expertise in one of the fastest-moving beauty categories in the UK.
- Play an active role in shaping what the Skin Cupid in-store experience looks and feels like.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team.
