About The Job
Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Expert Client Advisor, to join our team and elevate our establishment in the beauty sector. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional client experiences, combining technical expertise with compelling storytelling, and acting as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton beauty vision.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Tailored Beauty Experiences: Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' needs to create bespoke makeup and fragrance solutions. Offer customized beauty advice and recommendations based on individual preferences and styles.
- Advanced Makeup Artistry: Apply advanced makeup artistry skills to ensure each client discovers the transformative power of beauty through expert application. Provide guidance on product selection, shade matching, and application techniques.
- Storytelling and Brand Heritage: Share Louis Vuitton's artistic heritage and educate clients through immersive and engaging storytelling, bringing the brand's craftsmanship to life.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring every beauty journey is elevated and memorable, and building loyalty. Utilize clienteling tools for personalized follow-up.
- Maintaining Luxury Standards: Uphold the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization within the beauty space, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the Louis Vuitton aesthetic.
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Inspire and elevate in-store teams by sharing knowledge, contributing to a culture of excellence, and acting as a mentor for beauty techniques and product knowledge.
- Staying Current with Trends: Remain at the forefront of beauty trends and innovations, refining expertise to uphold Louis Vuitton's standards of excellence.
- Achieving Sales Objectives: Contribute to individual and team sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.

Profile
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail.
- Makeup Artistry: Master in makeup application with an innovative approach to beauty trends and techniques, and a refined ability to personalize beauty solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Natural communicator who can engage clients with confidence and creativity, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Beauty and Culture: Passionate about fashion, art, and culture, with a keen eye for cutting-edge beauty trends, embodying the Maison's spirit.
- Client-Centric Approach: A client-centric relationship builder with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adaptability: Adept at working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and thriving in high-touch interactions.
- Professional Presentation: Impeccably presented with a commitment to maintaining high luxury standards.
