Responsibilities
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the heart of the brand on the shop floor. Your role is to:
- Embrace the mission of empowering customers to feel confident, beautiful, and ready to pursue their dreams through exceptional service.
- Combine expert artistry skills with deep product knowledge to create personalised beauty experiences.
- Build lasting emotional connections with customers, ensuring they feel understood and inspired.
- Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of every customer—whether first-timers or regulars.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and exceed KPIs with enthusiasm. You love teamwork, foster strong relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven culture.

Requirements
You’ll ideally bring:
- An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualifications).
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, particularly in fast-paced environments like beauty retail or FMCG.
- A passion for Charlotte Tilbury and eagerness to advocate for the brand—think sell the dream!
- Practical makeup application experience, with skills to adapt styles for different customer needs.
