About the Role
As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert, you’ll be at the heart of our stores and counters, driving our mission: empowering customers to achieve the most beautiful version of themselves. Your role combines expert artistry, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for creating emotional connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine your beauty expertise with customer-focused service to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and inspired.
- Adapt your style to meet varying customer needs, making our products widely accessible.
- Work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs, thrive in high-pressure environments, and surpass expectations.
- Foster teamwork—build strong relationships with colleagues and management to create a collaborative and inclusive working culture.
- Champion world-class artistry and deliver a flawless customer experience.
- Act as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, sharing your knowledge with guests.
- Consistently follow company grooming standards as a visible representation of the brand.

Requirements
Ideally, you will have:
- A Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in fast-paced industries such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty—ready to be an advocate for the brand.
- Experience in applying makeup, with the ability to adapt techniques for different customers.
