Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
As a Live Commerce Intern on the Beauty team, you'll support Account Managers and the Live SME in helping beauty merchants level up their livestream performance. You'll get hands-on exposure to live commerce strategy, seller operations, campaign execution, and performance analysis — and a front-row seat to how one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty retail channels operates day to day.
What you'll do
- Support merchant upleveling: help track seller progress against live tier goals, maintain uplevel pipelines, and flag sellers who are on or off track.
- Assist with Key Livestreams (KLS) and Live Showcases: support planning, scheduling, briefing, and on-the-day coordination for priority live moments, including real-time monitoring and post-live wrap-ups.
- Analyse live performance: pull and organise livestream metrics (GMV, viewers, conversion, engagement), build simple reports, and help turn data into actionable insights for sellers and AMs.
- Support live trainings: help prepare materials for 1:1 seller trainings and best-practice sessions, and capture learnings to build out SOPs and playbooks.
- Coordinate across teams: work with Account Managers, campaign, and operations teams to make sure beauty sellers are plugged into platform-wide live initiatives and promotions.
- Keep a pulse on trends: monitor live commerce trends, standout beauty livestreams, and creator formats, and share what's working with the wider team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
