About the Role

Are you a beauty expert who loves connecting with people and delivering unforgettable experiences? Ready to take your skills beyond the high street and see the world while you work?

At Harding+, we create retail experiences that travel. Working at sea, you’ll meet customers from every corner of the globe, building genuine connections and delivering moments they’ll remember long after their holiday ends. We partner with leading cruise lines and global brands to create retail experiences that stand out—recognised by winning Cruise Retailer of the Year in 2022, 2023 and 2025.

A Role Where No Two Days Feel the Same

Life on board is fast-moving, social and full of variety. One day you could be helping a guest find their perfect fragrance; the next, hosting a beauty event or supporting a makeover that transforms someone’s evening.

You’ll use your product knowledge and natural confidence with people to create a warm, personalised experience, understanding what each customer needs and bringing our brands to life in an engaging and authentic way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

That could be demonstrating products, supporting in-store events, or speaking to small groups.
