About the Role
Joining our Kings Street Manchester franchise as our inaugural trainer, you’ll help elevate this brand launch by:
- Delivering premium FACEGYM facial workouts
- Crafting exceptional client experiences and driving sales
- Pioneering our vision, culture, and client journey while setting a benchmark for excellence in a growing team

Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Workouts
- Execute all face workouts strictly in alignment with FACEGYM protocols
- Personally guide clients through consultation, treatment, and aftercare, from decision to success
Sales & Retention
- Proactively upsell facial workouts, retail products, and homecare
- Meet and surpass sales targets with engaging, results-driven conversations
- Engage retail opportunities through expert product knowledge and strategies
- Drive client retention by fostering long-term loyalty

Daily Operations
- Maintain clean, compliant, and well-stocked stations adhering to Health & Safety
- Operate POS systems, cash registers, and Zenoti booking software seamlessly
- Stay consistently trained on the latest ** FACEGYM protocols and products**
- Balance validation of results with high professional presentation
Team & Leadership Presence
- Provide effective communication, adaptable body language, and rapport-building skills
- Collaborate to streamline studio workflows while acting as a team ambassador
- Maintain proactive, self-driven initiative, especially as our voice and culture-pioneer
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Proven success beauty, retail, or spa environments (facial/treatment focus is key)
Personality & Prowess
- Charismatic and self-assured communicator with exceptional sales acumen
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable to diverse client needs and sales challenges
- Natural motivator—building relationships drives growth
- Team-oriented with a proactive, physical ability (quality inquiries require 6+ hour green-feet shifts)
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
