Role Description
The Beauty Therapist role can be either a full or part-time position based in Knightsbridge, London at the White Room Beauty salon. The therapist will deliver high-quality facial and body treatments, provide expert skin care advice, and recommend suitable products and home care routines. The role involves building strong client relationships through attentive customer service, maintaining accurate treatment records, and supporting the salon team with appointment scheduling and coordination. The therapist will also stay updated on new skin care techniques and product ranges, and participate in ongoing training as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong cosmetology skills, including a recognized beauty therapy qualification (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualification) and have experience delivering professional salon treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
- Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and create a welcoming, discreet, and professional environment.
- Candidates need to have a genuine passion for skincare excellence and possess advanced skin care knowledge, including skin analysis, product recommendations, and familiarity with luxury or medical-grade skincare brands.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in high-end or luxury salons, strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
