About the Role

We are hiring a Beauty Therapist for our Derby Clinic. With advanced training in skin, body, and laser treatments, along with exciting career growth opportunities, you’ll join a supportive team where you can build long-term client relationships, gain fantastic experience, and perform outstanding treatments.

Requirements
- Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations
- Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience and tailoring treatments to their individual preferences
- Have the ability to meet sales targets
- Ensure accuracy in all client records before and after treatments
- Maintain, clean, and service all treatment machines

Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or higher required
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not mandatory)
- Strong team player with collaborative working skills
- Exudes a positive and friendly attitude, building strong client relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail when managing client records
- Exceptional standards in Client Experience throughout every treatment and interaction
