The Role…

At Soho House, as a Beauty Therapist, you will deliver a premium, personalised experience to members and guests, offering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments in a calm, luxurious environment. You will be responsible for performing treatments to the highest standard, recommending aftercare products, and contributing to the overall ambience and success of the spa and wellness areas.

You will play a key role in upholding the club’s commitment to excellence, discretion, and member wellbeing.

Key duties…

  • Provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies in line with training and qualifications.
  • Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.
  • Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare.
  • Manage booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers.
  • Build strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are always followed.
  • Support the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations.
  • Act as an ambassador for the wellness offering of the club, embodying the brand's values and service ethos.

What we are looking for...

A successful Beauty Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first-class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage)
  • Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies
  • Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach
  • Impeccable grooming and communication skills
  • Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand
  • Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required
