What will you be doing?

Our Beauty & Wellness team is seeking a Insight Manager who will actively support the team in building relationships with our clients, providing them with value-added insights and driving revenue within our accounts, as well as having their own account base.

You have a strong desire to partner & servicing strategic clients: You answer day to day requests, providing value-adding analysis and you prepare clients’ presentations. Prepare and present marketing research findings (thought leadership presentations) to high level decisions makers, incorporating industry and client knowledge into your in-depth analysis. Provide actionable recommendations to client leadership teams to help them grow their business and gain market share. Be a privileged partner of your clients thanks to your market expertise, your knowledge of our solutions-studies and a solid understanding of their business priorities. You develop a strong market expertise and a keen understanding of our clients’ organization/strategies and use this knowledge to prepare your analysis. Insight Manager actively support the team in building relationships with our clients (expanding and enhancing our servicing to clients and actively contributing to increase their satisfaction), providing them with value-added insights and driving revenue within our accounts.

Requirements

With an educational background in Business or Marketing, you have will have some experience in Research marketing, or category management. You have a good knowledge of Point-of-Sales panel and/or Consumer Panel research. You must be able to analyse quantitative research and provide customer oriented insights. You are able to conduct engaging and impactful presentations that deliver value to the client while telling a compelling story in a concise manner to a diverse audience. A desire for consumer behaviour/purchasing journey, marketing, advertisement, and the economy is a must – and preferable within the world of Beauty & Wellness & /Or to put in content of Beauty & Wellness With strong communication and organizational skills, you enjoy working in a team and you have the capacity to use your initiative for proposing new ideas. With a collaborative approach to work, you are able to build solid relationships with UK/Global/EMEA teams; and have the ability to network in the professional and industry environment. Enthusiastic and innovative person with a real passion & knowledge for the Beauty & Wellness industry. You will have a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to travel to Bracknell or London Monthly
