About The Role
We are looking for empathetic and positive individuals to join us as Student Success Coaches. This online role focuses on student wellbeing, motivation, and goal-setting, supporting young people not only with their studies but also with their personal growth.

As a Student Success Coach, you will help students overcome academic stress, improve focus, and develop strong organisation and study skills through flexible online sessions.
Key responsibilities
Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
Teach effective study habits, time management, and mindset strategies.
Encourage motivation, confidence, and resilience.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to express challenges and progress.

Requirements
No formal coaching experience required.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Interest in student wellbeing and personal development.
Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude.
