About England Netball England Netball is transitioning into a new phase for netball coaching. We aspire to create a culture where all coaches feel connected, loved, and valued. We’re seeking to expand our team of enthusiastic, passionate, and professional Tutor Assessors to deliver our exciting Bee Leader courses.
What is Bee Netball?
Bee Netball is a friendly, high-energy, ages 5–11, and carefully crafted introduction to netball. It’s designed to nurture children at the start of their team-sport journey by teaching fundamental skills like:
- Throwing
- Catching
- Footwork
- Shooting

The Role
The Bee Leader Tutor Assessor plays a vital role in training and supporting coaches to deliver Bee Netball effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the Bee Leader Award course to diverse coaching groups in an engaging and inspiring way.
- Ensuring positive communication of key messages, fostering self-reflection, and accommodating various learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating in a structured, 2-hour online + 4-hour face-to-face award structure, including assessment of learners’ practical delivery (‘Let’s Give It A Go Sessions’) across multiple locations nationwide.
