About the Company

MoreLife UK delivers specialist weight management services for children and adults across community, healthcare, and workplace settings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate professionals who reflect our values of understanding, caring, personal, accountable, and expert. Join us and be part of a team making a real difference.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in helping people across the borough make meaningful, long-term changes to their health and wellbeing. As a Behaviour Change Specialist (Smoking Cessation), you’ll support individuals to stop smoking and reduce tobacco harm through evidence-based, one-to-one and group interventions—both face-to-face and remotely. You’ll be each client’s main point of contact, guiding them through their quit journey and helping them build healthier habits around physical activity, nutrition, alcohol use, and stress management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate accessible stop smoking and harm reduction interventions.
  • Provide specialist tobacco cessation support, assessing readiness to change and suitability for treatment.
  • Deliver behavioural support and pharmacological advice in line with national guidelines (NICE, NCSCT, Department of Health).
  • Provide evidence-based advice regarding vaping and support those quitting nicotine-containing vapes.
  • Tailor support to different forms of tobacco use (e.g. shisha, chewing tobacco).
  • Deliver support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients and ensure follow-up.
  • Manage and supply stop smoking treatments during sessions.
  • Promote clinics and outreach activities to maintain engagement and meet KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with health services, community organisations, and workplaces.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to professionals and stakeholders.
  • Support smoking prevention initiatives for children and young people.
  • Mentor volunteers and primary care staff.
  • Maintain equipment (e.g. CO monitors) and restock adviser treatment supplies.
  • Work flexibly to meet commissioner demand and service targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
