We are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed individual to become a Behaviour Coordinator at All Saints. The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system, managing students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms.
Providing a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, you will work alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category. We are “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” in terms of our S48 inspection by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate in March 2025.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
