Internal Job Title: Reflection Room Manager
Strategic Direction and Development
Secure the highest standards of behaviour in the school by supporting the implementation of Behaviour Policy by leading and managing the Reflection Centre.
- Support the improvement of pupil punctuality, attendance and behaviour
- Assist the school in reducing disruption and raising pupil achievement and progress
You will have:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C
- Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture
- Outstanding behaviour management practitioner
- Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements
- A profound understanding of the elements which comprise effective behaviour management
