Internal Job Title: Reflection Room Manager

Strategic Direction and Development

Secure the highest standards of behaviour in the school by supporting the implementation of Behaviour Policy by leading and managing the Reflection Centre.

  • Support the improvement of pupil punctuality, attendance and behaviour
  • Assist the school in reducing disruption and raising pupil achievement and progress

You will have:

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C
  • Proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture
  • Outstanding behaviour management practitioner
  • Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements
  • A profound understanding of the elements which comprise effective behaviour management
