Behaviour Mentor Specialist SEMH School Surrey Immediate Start

A specialist SEMH school in Surrey is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join its dedicated team. Supporting pupils who have struggled in mainstream education, you'll help create a safe, structured environment where young people can rebuild confidence and succeed.

Behaviour Mentor What the Role Involves
Working closely with pupils throughout the school day, you'll support behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing and classroom engagement. You'll help implement behaviour strategies, manage difficult situations calmly and build positive relationships that allow students to thrive.

The school welcomes applications from Behaviour Mentors, Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, residential care workers and military or emergency service backgrounds. More important than previous job titles is resilience, consistency and the ability to build trust.

- £105-£120 per day
- Full-time, temp-to-perm
- Immediate start
