Behaviour Mentor What the Role Involves
Working closely with pupils throughout the school day, you'll support behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing and classroom engagement. You'll help implement behaviour strategies, manage difficult situations calmly and build positive relationships that allow students to thrive.
Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For
The school welcomes applications from Behaviour Mentors, Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, residential care workers and military or emergency service backgrounds. More important than previous job titles is resilience, consistency and the ability to build trust.
