Are you confident, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential?

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a well-regarded school in Congresbury, supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour linked to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs or other barriers to learning. This role requires you to show a high level of initiative and reliability.

This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a difference by helping students regulate their emotions, build positive relationships, and re-engage with their education. If you’re ready to support some of the most vulnerable young people in education, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Support students to manage behaviour and make positive choices Use de-escalation and restorative approaches Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff Support classroom learning and help reinforce behavioural and emotional targets Maintain consistent boundaries and act as a positive role model

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
