Behaviour Mentor

Outstanding Secondary School - Newham, East London

Full-time | Term-time only

A high-performing, large secondary school in Newham, known for its calm learning environment, strong behaviour systems, and exceptional student progress.

We are seeking a confident and proactive Behaviour Mentor / Corridor Walker to help maintain high standards of behaviour and support the smooth running of the school day.

Key Duties

  • Visible presence on corridors and during transitions
  • Support students to meet behaviour expectations
  • De-escalate low-level disruption calmly and consistently
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Work closely with pastoral staff and senior leaders
