A specialist PRU school in West Drayton is seeking a strong and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, and barriers to learning.

The Role: Behaviour Mentor

  • Full-time Behaviour Mentor position
  • PRU school based in West Drayton
  • Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Managing behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Encouraging engagement and positive choices
  • Supporting students throughout the school day
