Some young people simply need the right person to believe in them.
Elevate Beyond partners with specialist SEMH schools, Alternative Provision academies and Pupil Referral Units across Greater Manchester, providing experienced tutors who can rebuild confidence, improve engagement and help pupils achieve positive outcomes.
We're currently recruiting SEMH Tutors for flexible assignments ranging from single-day cover through to long-term placements.
Your role
Working with small groups or individual learners, you'll deliver engaging learning while supporting pupils whose needs may include:
- SEMH
- ADHD
- Autism
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
- Anxiety and school avoidance
- Trauma-related behaviours

- £28-30 per hour
- £210-225 per day

Essential Criteria

You will need:
- At least one year's experience working within SEMH or Alternative Provision
- QTS, QTLS or substantial equivalent experience
- Enhanced DBS including Children's Barred List
- DBS Update Service registration
- Level 2 Safeguarding qualification
- Two professional references
- Right to work within the UK
