Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for a rewarding role supporting children and young people with additional learning needs?

We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Basingstoke from September. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work within a highly supportive school where staff are committed to helping every student achieve their personal and academic goals.

  • Full-time Learning Support Assistant position

  • Support pupils within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
  • Assist with learning activities and engagement
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

About You

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Previous school, care, youth work, or support experience desirable
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs
