Are you an experienced pastoral practitioner looking for a permanent move into one of the UK's most successful multi-academy trusts?

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Officer on behalf of a high-achieving secondary academy in Greenwich, part of the prestigious Harris Federation. This is not a standard cover or day-to-day role, it is a fully permanent opportunity for a pastoral specialist who wants to make a long-term impact on student outcomes.

The Academy and Trust

Our client is an oversubscribed, modern secondary school in Greenwich known for its strong community feel and exceptional behaviour management systems. By joining a Harris Federation academy, you will benefit from top-tier professional development (CPD), a highly structured and supportive leadership team, and a clear pathway for career progression.

The Role

Working directly alongside the Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team, you will be a visible, grounding presence in the school, helping students overcome emotional and behavioural barriers to learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
