We're looking for Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants who understand the importance of relationships, consistency, and positive role modelling.
Elevate Beyond supports specialist education providers across Greater Manchester by supplying experienced Teaching Assistants who can help young people re-engage with education.
The role
You'll support pupils who may present with:
- SEMH
- Autism
- ADHD
- Emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Attachment difficulties
- Trauma-related behaviours
- Learning disabilities

Working closely with teaching staff, you'll help create a calm, structured learning environment where pupils feel safe enough to succeed.

Salary
- £13-15 per hour
- £97.50-112.50 daily
Locations
Roles available throughout Greater Manchester.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum one year's experience supporting SEMH or SEND learners
- Enhanced DBS
- DBS Update Service
- Level 2 Safeguarding
- Right to work
- Two references
Desirable
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Knowledge of EHCPs
- Team Teach
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Autism strategies
