Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Charles Hurst Seat/Cupra/BYD
OTE up to £42,600 (including £34,000 basic + £6,600 bonus potential)
Flexible hours available including 4 day working week. Monday–Thursday 8:15–5pm, Friday 8:30–4pm, Saturday 9–1pm (1 in 4)

If you’re a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic looking for stability, progression and a modern workshop environment, Belfast Seat/Cupra/BYD is the place to grow.
You’ll join a supportive team, work with the latest tech, and have access to manufacturer‑accredited training, Hybrid & Electric development, and clear routes into Senior, Diagnostic and Master Technician levels.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic tech
- Servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Completing authorised repairs with accuracy and care
- Warranty repairs with correct documentation
- Road testing vehicles to confirm repairs
- Completing all paperwork to a high standard
