Location: Hybrid, based in Belfast
Grade: Senior Associate
Contract Type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group
Relevant professional qualification or progression toward one (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Chartered Institute of Tax, or equivalent depending on your specialty) Strong technical knowledge within your discipline At least three years’ experience in a professional environment with exposure to complex client engagements
What You Can Initially Expect In This Role
As you progress your career with us, your responsibilities and achievements will evolve. Initially, you can expect to:
Assist with compliance and advisory projects on a diverse client portfolio, supporting cross‑border, NI, and multinational engagements Work closely with experienced management team across compliance, advisory, and project-based work Act as a key point of contact for clients Support the preparation of technical analysis and submissions to regulatory bodies as required Review work prepared by junior colleagues, providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback Collaborate with other KPMG teams—such as Deal Advisory, Audit, and Consulting—to deliver integrated solutions for clients Bring strong communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm to every engagement
