Bench Joiner - Permanent Position
Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team in Thatcham on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled joiner with experience manufacturing high-quality timber doors, windows, and staircases. You will be joining a well-established workshop producing bespoke joinery to the highest standards.

The Role
As a Bench Joiner, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Manufacturing bespoke timber doors, windows, and staircases.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assembling and finishing joinery products to a high standard.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure exceptional work.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner.
- Experience producing timber doors, windows, and staircases.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and workshop practices.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team.
