We're looking for a skilled Bench Joiner / Machinist to join our workshop team here at All Aspects Joinery in Sittingbourne.

We specialise in high-end residential and commercial joinery — the kind of work you can be genuinely proud of. If you're a quality-focused joiner who takes craftsmanship seriously, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manufacturing bespoke joinery — doors, windows, staircases, fitted furniture and architectural joinery
  • Setting up and operating a full range of workshop machinery
  • Working from technical drawings and cutting lists
  • Maintaining high standards of finish and accuracy throughout

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience as a Bench Joiner / Machinist (3+ years ideally)
  • Competent across a range of woodworking machinery
  • Able to read technical drawings confidently
  • A keen eye for detail and a pride in your work
  • NVQ Level 3 in Bench Joinery is desirable but hands-on experience counts
