Bench Joiner / Furniture Maker – Premium Bespoke Furniture & Kitchens

Location: East Bergholt, Suffolk | Salary: Competitive, DOE | Pension, free on-site parking

We design and hand-build free-standing and fitted furniture and kitchens for private clients across East Anglia and London. Our work is detail-led, materials-driven, and built to last generations — and we're looking for a bench joiner or furniture maker with 4–7 years' experience to join our workshop team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building high-end bespoke furniture and kitchens from technical drawings, largely workshop-based with occasional on-site fitting
  • Working across the full range of workshop tools and machinery
  • Solving problems as they arise on the bench, not just following instructions
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to hit deadlines and budgets without cutting corners on quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
