This role is open to London and Epsom.

Your Role
Reporting to the Benefits and Pensions Manager for the UK & Europe, you will play a key, hands-on role in supporting the delivery of the pension and benefits strategy across the region.

Collaborate closely with the wider Total Rewards team, gaining exposure to high-level strategic initiatives while shaping the employee benefits experience.

Support the delivery and governance of the UK & Ireland Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements, including:
- Provider coordination
- Compliance tracking
- Pension administration support

Own all pension-related activity, including:
- Benefits portal management
- Provider relationships
- Bi-weekly account meetings with benefits platform provider
- Annual renewal activity

Manage day-to-day pension operations, working with:
- Brokers
- Pension administrators
- Internal Benefits Operations teams

Handle escalated member queries

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of:
- Governance documentation
- Reporting
- Operational trackers across DC pensions and broader UK & Europe benefits

Provide operational support across:
- UK & Europe benefits programmes (health, protection, wellbeing)

Support financial wellbeing activities, including:
- Coordinating educational sessions
- Communications
- Provider-led events

Support in the administration of:
- Life assurance schemes
- Death-in-service claims

Oversee the annual Bonus Waiver process

Contribute to pensions, benefits, and financial wellbeing communications and engagement, ensuring alignment with wider benefits communication timelines.
About You
A successful candidate will demonstrate:

A strong understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) pensions, including:
- Auto-enrolment rules
- Retirement options
- Governance framework

Experience working in pensions, benefits, HR, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in further development within this space.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to:
- Explain concepts clearly
- Support employee queries

Preference (but not requirement) for experience using benefits platforms or similar systems.
