Benefits Manager 12 month FTC
Rewards Administrator – Benefits Delivery (UK & International) – Sky
About the Role
Our HR team is dedicated to making Sky a great place to work, fostering a fair, inclusive, and empowering environment for everyone. The Reward team manages an evolving benefits portfolio, including an established flexible benefits platform for the UK & Ireland (currently under review) and the growing need for centralised benefits administration across international markets. This role will support business changes while improving operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do

BAU Benefits Delivery
- Lead the smooth, day-to-day delivery of employee benefits across the UK & Ireland.
- Ensure a high-quality employee experience and effective administration of all benefit programmes.

International Benefits Management
- Coordinate benefits delivery across multiple international markets, collaborating with local providers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and market practices.

Benefits Platform Management & Optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement of the benefits platform through:
- System testing & configuration management
- Issue resolution & process enhancements
- User experience (UX) optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement of the benefits platform through:

Supplier Relationship Management & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end supplier partnerships, including:
- Onboarding & governance
- Contract & data protection compliance
- Service reviews & performance monitoring (against SLAs & KPIs)

Project & Renewal Delivery
- Support annual benefits renewals, operational initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Deliver against timelines and business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Build strong partnerships with HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on benefits priorities.

- International Benefits Expertise – Proven experience managing benefits across multiple countries, understanding:
- Regional market practices
- Regulatory requirements
- Supplier landscapes
- Attention to Detail & Data Governance – Exceptional focus on data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Independent Work & Prioritisation – Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Interpret data, identify trends, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Management – Skilled in building relationships with:
- HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance
- External partners

- Benefits Platform Expertise – Experience with platforms such as Darwin, including:
- System configuration & testing
- Issue resolution & UX enhancements
- HRIS & Payroll Knowledge – Proficiency with Workday and payroll systems, including:
- Data flows & system integrations
- Reporting & benefits-payroll impact
- Benefits Regulatory Knowledge – In-depth understanding of:
- Employee benefits legislation
- Compliance & governance across programmes
- Supplier Governance Experience – Managing third-party providers through:
- Governance frameworks
- Performance monitoring & contract compliance
- SLA & KPI enforcement
