Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Delivery: Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Reward, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors. Influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions.
- Operations & Compliance: Own all operational processes for benefits delivery, including payroll deductions, enrolments, vendor integrations, and invoice processing. Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
- Employee Experience: Simplify complex benefits information, leverage digital tools, and champion wellbeing and diversity-focused initiatives.
- Data & Insights: Analyze program utilization, ROI, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country benefits programmes with compliance and strategic alignment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and collaborating across multiple functions.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences; ability to simplify complex information.
- Highly analytical and numerate, proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and Payments processes; experience with Ariba and Oracle desirable.
- Knowledge of vendor management, benefits administration systems, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to leverage digital tools (including AI) and champion innovation in employee experience.
- Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
- Proactive with strong initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
