Benefits Manager, Global Law Firm

Location: London or Chelmsford, hybrid working 2:3

Salary: £70,000 to £80,000

Working pattern: Full-time, with four days considered

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to appoint a Benefits Manager into their growing global HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional to join a firm that is investing in its global reward function and reviewing how its benefits offering is structured, communicated and delivered across an international population.

Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, the Benefits Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s global benefits strategy. The role will focus on ensuring the benefits offering remains competitive, market aligned and supportive of employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.

The firm operates across a sizeable international office network and has seen significant growth over recent years. The culture is described as friendly, collaborative and authentic, with a strong family feel. This would suit someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, working closely with regional HR teams and external providers, and bringing structure to a growing global benefits landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the firm’s global benefits programme and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the wider people and business strategy.
  • Review and enhance benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive across local markets.
  • Partner closely with regional HR teams, Finance, leadership and external providers.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and the global benefits broker.
  • Lead annual benefits renewals, contract negotiations and provider reviews.
  • Oversee benefits implementation, administration and ongoing governance.
  • Monitor benefits utilisation, employee feedback, expenditure and areas for improvement.
  • Develop clear and engaging benefits communications to improve employee understanding and uptake.
  • Lead or contribute to global benefits harmonisation projects and wider reward initiatives.
  • Evaluate new benefits, technologies and process improvements, making recommendations to management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
