Benefits Advisor – Permanent Role
Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office) near Liverpool Street Station, UK

About the Role
Following an internal restructure and continued team growth, the organisation has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Benefits Advisor to support the Benefits Manager and Head of Benefits. In this position, you will collaborate across HR to enhance the employee benefits strategy for the EMEA region.

Ideal Candidate
You will possess:
- Current or recent experience as a Benefits Advisor, Reward Advisor (with a focus on benefits) or equivalent, demonstrating a passion for employee benefits
- 3–4 years’ experience in a busy, commercial environment—preferably within a law firm, or similar professional services sector (e.g., accounting, architecture, management consultancy)
- Familiarity with benefits platforms, such as Darwin or Benifex, will be a major asset
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Power BI and reporting
Applications from experienced Benefits Assistants/Coordinators seeking to grow into an advisory role will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration across EMEA
- Support the annual renewal process, including detailed reporting and analysis
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality service while driving continuous improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex employee benefits queries
- Produce clear, data-driven insights using Power BI and benefits platforms
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
