Job Title: EMEA Benefits Analyst

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £64k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £334 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

We have a phenomenal opportunity within the Benefits Centre of Excellent (COE) team for you to deliver and measure the success of our awesome benefits at client.

Our benefits philosophy is to design and deliver inclusive, competitive, and value driven benefits programs that provide peace of mind for employees, with focus on seamless experience and scale.

This role will have first-hand exposure to how the benefit COE team makes this philosophy come alive by supporting our benefits programs across EMEA and will report into the Director, Benefits EMEA & LATAM.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support across the EMEA Benefits Team as required.
  • The scope includes but is not limited to the below areas:
    • Benefits System Process
      • Daily maintenance of My Client Benefits, supporting Program Managers with system requirements and change requests. This includes Health, Retirement, Protection, Time Off/LOA and Perk benefits.
      • Benefits System incident investigations and audits to ensure benefits data delivery is correct and matches expected outputs.
      • Reviewing end-to-end processes and updating/creating documentation where necessary.
    • Benefits Insurance Renewals
      • Support with annual insured benefit renewals across EMEA.
    • Time off and Leave
      • Support the team with different time off and leave processes.
    • Employee Experience
      • Answer, organise or escalate benefits queries from managers and employees that cannot be answered by our outsourcing support team or ERC.
    • Operational Excellence
      • Assist in benefits program delivery including implementation and process improvement across all benefit and time off and leave programs.
    • Special Projects
      • In partnership with Senior Program Managers, help drive or support various special ad hoc projects.

  • 5 years + experience in Benefits
  • Project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrate problem solving capabilities while coordinating escalation and helping Senior Program Managers identify root causes of issues
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders such as ERC, payroll, communications and vendors
  • Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail
